Our Services
Services | Our office provides comprehensive visual and ocular health examinations. A series of tests cross-check the accuracy of your new prescription reducing patient concerns of their response to any one lens choice. Patients often express appreciation that they receive adequate time to view the choices and judge their response. Dr. Kowalske is trained to diagnose eye diseases and liscensed to therapuetically treat. He also has a special interest in contact lenses and continuingly attends education in the latest modalities. Types of Payment Accepted | We accept cash, personal checks, American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover®.

Insurance Plans | We participate with VSP  and Medicare. Most insurance accepted, including Caterpillar, VSP, EyeMed, OSF, Methodist, Health Alliance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, HCH, PERCS, Mutual Medical, MMMA and many others. We file insurance for you.

Facilities and Equipment | Our office offers a wide selection of frames including Calvin Klein, Fendi, Union Bay, Stetson, Flexon, Easy Clip with magnetic sun clip, Marcolin, Marchon, Essence and many others to meet your needs. Special requests can be ordered. We fit all types of contact lenses including colors, bifocals and lenses for astigmatism.
